Northstar Property Development was founded in Milwaukee in 1999 as a painting and finishing company. Since then, we have grown into a comprehensive site development service, completing projects throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Our reputation has been established on the achievement of our clients' specific objectives and the quality of our services. All of our clients are assigned a dedicated Project Manager who will see the job through from proposal to completion.
